Hi, I’m Soulla

For over a decade, I've helped thousands of individuals to heal and transform their lives from the inside out - through immersive retreats, workshops, 1:1 mentoring and group coaching journeys.

My work is devoted to guiding people into profound self-discovery, emotional healing, self-love, and embodied transformation. Together, we untangle from old conditioning, reconnect with inner wisdom, and create lasting change from within.

My vision is for all of us to live in our fullest self-expression — guided by the heart, not our wounds — and rooted in compassion, clarity, and truth.

I specialise in Somatic Therapeutic Coaching, Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion, Meditation, Yoga, and Embodiment — not as theories, but as practical, grounded pathways to help you feel safe in your body, heal emotional wounds, release long-held patterns, and reconnect with your intuition and inner clarity. This work supports you to regulate your nervous system, build self-trust, and return to the truth of who you are — so you can live, love, and lead from a place of grounded wholeness.
