Hi, I’m Soulla
For over a decade, I've helped thousands of individuals to heal and transform their lives from the inside out through personalised Retreatse Workshops, 1:1 l Group Coaching Programmes.
My passion is to support women in profound self-discovery, inner-healing, self-love, emotional resilience, and personal expansion, freeing them from their conditioning and facilitating deep and sustainable change from the inside out.
My vision is for us all to live in our fullest self-expression, guided by our hearts rather than our wounds, and connected to our innate feminine wisdom.

I specialise in Somatic Therapeutic coaching, Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion, Meditation, Yoga & Embodiment practices, with a focus on the nervous system, attachment wounds, developmental trauma and connection to Spirit.
